The +? The citadine!

The Citadine represents the local transport solution. Its itinerary makes it possible to serve and connect the districts and the places of life within a commune for easier daily displacements.

The city of Lille links the main boulevards, the city center, the stations, Esquermes, Moulins and Grand Palais districts and offers connections with the metro lines 1 and 2. It runs from 5h30 to 21h00 from Monday to Saturday with a bus every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and on Sunday from 8h to 21h with a bus every 20 to 30 minutes during the day.

Tramway:

The tramway at Transpole is 2 lines and 36 stations serving 9 communes in Lille: Lille, La Madeleine, Marcq-en-Baroeul, Wasquehal, Villeneuve d’Ascq, Croix, Roubaix, Mouvaux and Tourcoing.

– It thus counts 24 tramway trains to efficiently serve 22 km of lines.

The advantage of the tramway is that it has identical schedules from September to June and this even during the holidays. The frequency is important; indeed, you have a departure every 4 to 5 minutes between Lille and Croisé Laroche and 8 to 10 minutes, between Lille and Roubaix and Tourcoing.

The first departure is at 5:37 am towards Roubaix and the last is at 0:32 am from Gare Lille Flandres.

The +? The interior has been completely refurbished and redesigned to accommodate more passengers.
